So sad to hear about Bill's passing. He was the greatest guy and the best Doctor ever. He helped my son, Barrett, learn how to tie flies. He was always willing to help and listen to all my families problems. He will be greatly missed by his friends and family. I send my condolences to all of you. Fondly, Jean Peterson. (especially Rosalie and Kathy!)

I learned so many lessons from him. together we started the BC Choraleers singing at the local nursing homes at the Holidays- the group still gathers today! My deepest sympathies to Rosalee and your family and friends. RIP Bill

Dr. Allard was my doctor from about 1970 until he retired and went to BCBS. I remember him fondly. He is missed. May the wind lift your wings in joy.

My condolences to Rosalie and family. What a great, great man! I worked with Bill at BCBSVT who modeled the word compassion. Always thoughtful but had a wonderful sense of humor. My husband and I enjoyed his visit to Maine, sharing stories and plans. He will be missed by so many!

Rosalle and family. Very sorry for your loss. Doc treated me a number of time. One time when doing his rounds he noticed me in bed and came in to say hi. Patted me on my foot and noticed the cringe on my face. I had come in early with a fractured ankle. We both had a good laugh and chatted for a while.
