This is crushing news. She brought light and insight to everything she did. What a loss to her community and her friends. So sorry, Jerry.

I was shocked and saddened to learn of Cilla's untimely passing and send my condolences to Jerry, her family and her many friends. We knew each other since we were toddlers - February birthday twins - and always reconnected happily and comfortably even after long stretches of no contact. You were always a delight to spend time with, whether biking or XC skiing or hanging out around the kitchen table at Pau-ko-tuk La. or Sand Pit Rd. Countless fond memories from our childhoods and adulthoods. Your joyful smile and boundless energy will stay with us all, dear Cilla. Thank you for being the best kind of friend.

RIP Cilla. No matter the weather nor the time of year, your upbeat nature and ready smile always added warmth to each encounter. You were a generous neighbor and will be sorely missed.
