Arthur was born on July 6, 1926 and passed away in January 2018.

Arthur was a resident of South Burlington, Vermont at the time of passing.

He attended Cathedral High School, then joined the US Navy and served on the USS Laub (DD 613) during World War II.

A Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated on Tuesday, January 30th at 10am at St. John Vianney Catholic Church in South Burlington. Interment will follow in Resurrection Park Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the McClure Miller VNA Respite House in Colchester.
