Bernard was born on March 19, 1951 and passed away on Sunday, August 12, 2018.

Bernard was a resident of Essex Junction, Vermont at the time of passing.

He was a Vietnam and Desert Storm Veteran having served with the US Army and the Vermont Army National Guard.
