Claire Barry passed away on May 5, 2017 at the Starr Farm Nursing Home after a short illness. Claire was born on August 9, 1926 the daughter of the late Leo and Florence (Thompson) Flynn. She graduated from Mt. St. Mary Academy in 1944 and was a graduate of the Katherine Gibbs School of Boston in 1945. She also attended the Langley School of Music. Claire was predeceased by her father in 1987 and mother and sister in 1944 and later her son David. Claire is survived by her daughter Deborah (Barry) Kelley and her husband Greg as well as Diane (Barry) Curzio and her husband Mario and grandson John Curzio. A Mass of Christian Burial will take place on Friday May 12, 2017 at 10:00 AM at St. Patrick Catholic Church, 116 Church Rd. Fairfield, VT. Burial will take place at a later date in St. Patrick Cemetery. There will be no calling hours.
