Georgina Boquet, 59, died May 23 after a very brief battle with incurable cancer. Gina was born in Cowes, Isle of Wight, UK, grew up in Clarence, NY, lived in Covington, LA, Manassas and Bealeton, VA before moving to Hinesburg, VT. Gina is survived by her husband John Boquet, daughter Jenny Boquet, and son Brad Boquet. She is also survived by her father, John Chaplin, and a very large extended family, many of whom call her "Mom". Gina was predeceased by her youngest son, Jeremy Boquet, and her mother, Sheila Chaplin. Gina was always giving to others, whether it was caring for her family or volunteering for various community causes. She and her family recently established the Jeremy Paul Boquet Foundation in Jeremy's memory. A celebration of Gina's life will be held on Sunday, June 10 at Isham Family Farm, 3515 Oak Hill RD, Williston, VT. Visitation begins at 2:00pm with the service at 3:30pm. The family requests no home visits, as they would like that to be their sanctuary during this very difficult time.
