Howard was born on January 30, 1936 and passed away on Sunday, March 5, 2017.

Howard was a resident of South Burlington, Vermont at the time of passing.

He graduated from Montpelier High Schoolās class of 1956.

Howard enlisted in the United State Navy and served in the U.S. Naval Air Command until his honorable discharge on January 27 1960.

Howard was married to Beverly.

There will be no calling hours. A memorial service will be held on March 25 2017 at 1:00 pm at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints 400 Swift Street South Burlington VT. A graveside service and military honors will be held in the spring at the Vermont Veterans Memorial Cemetery in Randolph VT.
