Phillip passed away in March 2017.

Phillip was a resident of Burlington, Vermont at the time of passing.

Phil graduated from the University of Vermont with a bachelor's degree in Business Administration and was a Captain in the United States Army.

Visitation hours are on Monday, March 20th, 2017, from 2 to 4 P.M. and 7 to 9 P.M. at Heald Funeral Home, 87 South Main Street, St. Albans. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Tuesday, March 21st, 2017, at Holy Angels Parish, 245 Lake Street, St. Albans at 11 A.M.
