Richard was born on December 12, 1939 and passed away on Wednesday, February 22, 2017.

Richard was a resident of Burlington, Vermont at the time of passing.

Rich graduated from Essex High School 1957 and after thirteen years he finally graduated from the University of Vermont 1970.

Richard was married to Andy.

Visiting hours are at the Corbin and Palmer Funeral Home 9 Pleasant St. Essex Jct. from 4 to 7 p.m. on Friday February 24th. A celebration of Rich's life will begin at 1:00 p.m. on Saturday February 25th at the Unitarian Universalist Church 152 Pearl St. Burlington.
