Wilma was born on May 29, 1928 and passed away on Tuesday, April 24, 2018.

Wilma was a resident of Colchester, Vermont at the time of passing.

Her family later moved to Philadelphia and she graduated from Frankford High School.

Visitation at the Corbin & Palmer Funeral Home from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM on April 28, 2018.
